ALMALOCO was established in 2013. The company became ALMALOCO, inc. in 2014. ALMALOCO academy was opened in 2015. In 2016, ALMALOCO, inc was relocated to Jamsil and was awarded the Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning award. In 2017, an affiliated research institute was established, the company was registered as a design corporation (environment) and received an innovation award of customer service of Sports and economics.
